In our continuing effort to help the citizens of Utah County become better informed about the candidates on our ballot, Citizens' Resource is pleased to present free streaming video coverage of the 2006 Primary Candidate Expo we organized and co-sponsored with Utah Valley State College on June 10th, 2006.

We realize that there are only a few more days before the Primary Election on June 27th, but we believe this footage may still prove a valuable resource. We encourage candidates, bloggers, businesses, and citizens to help make these debates available and easy to find for the public.

There are easy ways in which you can help

• Email friends, family, supporters inviting them to visit http://www.citizensresource.org to watch the videos before they vote.

• Display the videos on your own website or blog. Below each video we have placed instructions on how you can get a snippet of code from Google Video that you can copy and paste into your website HTML or into a blog post (you may have to use an “Edit HTML” function in your blog editor) to allow visitors to watch them right on your own web page. The videos are hosted on the Google Video service, so you don't have to worry about bandwidth or file space. In this way you can help us make them as widely available as possible, with nearly no cost or effort.

Getting these videos on the web has been a new learning process for us, we would have preferred to have coverage available earlier, but it was not possible.  However, we will be able to apply what we have learned to the General Election this Fall, and hope to make similar resources available for a greater length of time before the election date.  We appreciate the efforts of all those who help us publicize these videos during these very few days before the election.
