Provo High School - Commons 7 p.m.:
1125 N University Avenue, Provo.

Invited audience: General Public, Scheduled seating for 275, with standing room.

Confirmed and order of presenters:

Pro presenters: Dr. Patrick Bryne, Overstock.com; Paul Mero, Sutherland Institute President
ANTI presenters: Lisa Johnson, Utahns for Public Schools; Kim Campbell, UEA President
Neutral presenter: Andrea Roerrer, PhD., Director, Utah Education Policy Center (U of U)

Please note that the PRO and ANTI sides will each have a 15 minute presentation time. Neutral presenter will have up to 20 minutes.

We will immediately open Q & A to the audience for questions following Dr. Roerrer's presentation. A few previously submitted questions via email may be asked by the moderators.

Due to the limited time frame, we are imposing time limits to responses. This will ensure many will have the opportunity to ask questions. Please be clear and concise in your responses.

Questions will be directed to presenters by the questioner or moderators.
Up to a three minute response will be available to each presenting side, as requested.
Up to a 30 second or one minute rebuttal will be allowed for each side, as requested and approved by moderator.

The moderators at their discretion, if line of questioning becomes offensive, may ask to move to the next question. Personal attacks will not be tolerated toward any presenter. All presenters were highly sought after and are highly respected.

Here is a list of guidelines to ensure fairness to all sides presenting:

- Charts and pictures are allowed, please bring all media needed to display your materials. If requested, I will try to secure these items from the high school.

- No DVD presentations will be allowed.

- No supporters parading signs from either side will be allowed.

- No signs will be permitted outside on the lawns.

- Please reserve the audience seats for the general public.

- Bring any handout materials for a literature table.

- All sides will be encouraged to be respectful to other presenters. We will encourage all audience participants to abide by the same guidelines.

- Please do not plant supporters in the audience to "frame" questions against the opposition. Our goal is for the audience members who are truly seeking knowledge to be able to ask their questions and learn from all presenters.

- The Committee hosting this Presentation/Debate will be fair to all sides.

- Each presenter was highly sought after for their expertise in their position.

This debate is presently scheduled to be filmed and aired on the iProvo network. Any other filming must be approved by Hostess (Lisa Shepherd) by 5 p.m. Oct 31st. Press has been invited.

We feel this will be one of the best Educational forums on Vouchers and the Referendum. Thank you for your participation.
